Mix Vegetable



A very common dish with different style...
Mix Vegetable
Preparation time – 10-15 min
Cooking time – 10 min
Ingredients
  • 1 pcs medium size cauliflower
  • 2 pcs carrot
  • 2 pcs medium size potatoes
  • 1 cup pea
  • 10-12 pcs beans
  • 100gm paneer
  • 2 pcs capsicum
  • 1 tsp kala jeera
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp amchoor
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 3-4 pcs chopped green chilli
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
  • 2 tbsp oil
Method
  1. Cut all the vegetables in small pieces and wash them
  2. Heat the oil in pan
  3. Add kala jeera and all the vegetables and all spices(except garam masala)
  4. Cook for 10-15 min
  5. Put garam masala and coriander leaves
  6. Now serve it hot with paratha or chapatti.
